The American diet is a world away from the nutrition of our forefathers. They consumed hundreds of different foods as they hunted and gathered in due season. Before the 1950's, 75% of the population grew the food for the other 25% of the people. Now 6% of the population grows the food for the rest of the world. We have signs in Kansas saying: "One farmer grows the food for 168 people and you." No wonder their soils are worn out. Today, by contrast, we use a narrow range of foods grown in devitalized soil so it really is impossible to eat as nature intended.

What Is VitaliTea?

What is Honeybush?

Honeybush is indigenous to the cape of South Africa. Used as a beverage and as a medicinal tea, it has a pleasant and mildly sweet taste and aroma somewhat like honey. It contains no caffeine and is low in tannins.

Honeybush Tea drinkers in South America claim that it has a calming effect on the central nervous system, is a natural diuretic, helps stave off hunger pangs, good for cough, colds and flu, helps to balance blood sugar levels, and has healing effects on certain skin ailments. Honeybush also contains flavones, isoflavones, coumestans, luteolin, 4-hydroxycinnamic acid, polyphenols and xanthones. These ingredients serve as antioxidants and may help lower blood lipids. The isoflavones and coumestans are classified as phytoestrogens, used in the treatment of menopausal symptoms. There is anecdotal evidence that Honeybush has allergy-reducing effects. VitaliTea can be used as a staple food, sometimes substituting for such important foods as bread and vegetables. It easily eliminates the sensation of hunger and can impart as much invigoration as a full meal.

How To Use VitaliTea For Weight Loss Or Energy

Mix 1 tea bag to 16 ounces of pure (reverse osmosis or distilled) water. You can add a flavored tea or sweeten with Stevia to taste.

Suggested Use: 1 cup of VitaliTea 3-6 times a day. You may want to replace one meal a day with an 8 ounce bottle of VitaliTea.

For best results, use 1 gallon of pure (distilled or reverse osmosis) water. Add enough water to fill a quart coffee or tea maker. Put 5 tea bags (per gallon of tea) and sweetener (if used) in pot. Run through coffee or tea maker and let stand for 10 minutes or longer. Pour tea into the remaining gallon jar of water. Fill water bottles and freeze for your workouts or extra events.
